Mileage 

250 km per day included. 

• Extra kilometers: AED 25 each, or from AED 15 per km if purchased in advance (non-refundable). Rates vary by car model. 

 

Smoking Policy 

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A fine of AED 1,000 applies for violations. 

 

Rental Period 

• Rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the vehicle handover time. 

 

Vehicle Model & Color 

• While we strive to provide the exact vehicle model and color booked, color preferences are treated as a priority request but remain subject to availability at the time of delivery. 
• If your preferred color is unavailable, a vehicle of the same class will be provided. 

 

Required Documents 

• At the time of delivery, the client under whose name and documents the car has been booked must be present and provide original, valid identification documents. 
• If the required person or documents are not present, the vehicle cannot be handed over.

 

Fuel Policy 

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. Fuel charges apply otherwise.

 

Salik (Toll) Charges 

• AED 5 per toll, to be paid upon return.
  
  

Traffic Fines & Violations 

• The renter is responsible for any traffic fines, penalties, and violations incurred during the rental period.

 

Driving Restrictions

• Driving in desert or half-desert areas is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties. 
• Do not drive with insufficient petrol, as this may result in additional fines.

 

Payment Options 

• We accept cash, card, or crypto. Note: Card payments may include processing fees.

 

Rental Extensions 

• To extend your rental, payment must be made within a 1-hour grace period. 
• Failure to pay on time will result in automatic vehicle deactivation via our system. Please ensure timely payment to avoid inconvenience.

 

Security Deposit 

• If applicable, the security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of return.

Lost Items 

• We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle.

 

Seasonal Pricing 

• Rates may vary depending on the season and promotions.

 

No – Deposit 

• All no-deposit bookings must undergo final approval through our system. Valid documents are required for confirmation.

 

Speed & Safety 

• Speeding and reckless driving are strictly prohibited. Drive responsibly for your safety and the safety of others.

 

Refund Policy Notice: 

Kindly note that we operate under a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable. However, the paid amount will remain as a credit balance under your name and can be fully used toward any future car rentals with us.
